Represented Olympic gold medal winner Gail Devers in dispute with publisher and authors of “Game of Shadows” over false statements made about her in the book.

Successfully settled action for wrongful termination and employment discrimination on behalf of motion picture actor and his production company.

Successfully defended owner of television station against claim of breach of fiduciary duty by his co-owner.

Represented Emmy award-winning production designer in contract dispute with his former business partner.

Obtained complete verdict on complaint and cross-complaint as first chair trial counsel on behalf of owner of a commercial office building against a tenant.
